Genesys Care mobile application enables entitled Genesys Customer Care users to view and update Cases opened with Genesys Customer Care, receive push notifications about Case updates, Account update and Alarms, view Case Owners' status in real-time and make Case related phone calls into Genesys Customer Care centres. This includes Alarms for licensed customers to allow monitoring of environments and Chat with a case analyst.
Requires data connection, registration with Genesys Care and valid entitlement.
